This is my simple one time zoom session with a 7-day meal plan included. We get on zoom, and we plan your postpartum time and helpers - includes postpartum plan and the meal plan sent to you after our visit. If you are Catholic/Christian - I can also send you a copy of my book on PDF "A Catholic Postpartum" as a gift.
